The one thing people want to know the most is how much recording costs, which is where Vienna Circle is different than every other studio I've been to. Here's why: If you've ever recorded before, you know that it takes at least twice as long to do anything than you think it will. For that reason, I try to avoid hourly and daily rates. I hate fighting the clock in a session. For that reason, Vienna Circle offers ALL-INCLUSIVE SONG PRODUCTION RATES.

If you're not a band, we can work out studio musician rates as well. My Address Book is hefty, and that's part of the deal.
As a solo artist, you come in and play your song to a click. Then we spend as long as it takes adding drums, and bass, and finding all the right harmonies, etc. Then we stop for lunch, where we sit around and tell each other funny tour stories. Then we spend as long as it takes to edit everything, and mix and get your song ready for prime time. As long as I get my money, I'm happy to spend as long as you want. Seriously, if it takes three sessions, it takes three sessions. No clocks. No hassle. We aren't done till we're both happy.
I would have loved that deal ten years ago.
Another thing that's really cool about recording here is that most of my clients are friends, and love being on each others songs. So if you come in here, and there's a harmony part that's perfect for Leland Grant... he's totally gonna sing it when he hears it. Music is a collaboration and a celebration, and we understand that here. And you don't pay extra for that either. Also, it's entirely possible you might end up on somebody else's track, so be ready for that, too.
When people absolutely have to have a day rate, I charge $500 for an 8-hour day. But please don't do that. We're not gonna get done as much as you think, and you won't have any fun. Trust me.
